Robusta coffee from the plains of Cavite. Processed through the traditional method of sun-drying on patio but has now since converted to elevated drying beds. This is to prevent foreign objects to contaminate the coffee beans.
Cavite's Robusta is known to have full-body with a profound dark chocolate flavor. Ours it roasted at medium-dark profile just enough to develop the sweet & aromatic flavors that the coffee naturally possess.
